In a visual language as in “Lord of the Rings” focussed on this specific target group a 3.5 km circular walking tour whisks the young hikers away to the magic fantasy world of the gremlin Kodok. Your savvy, agility and courage are in demand at the numerous game stations like „The Tragic Rocks“, „The Dark Gorge“  or „The Hidden Message”  along the natural trail, and at the same time without one noticing it, the children get to learn about physical laws through playing.
 
The Story of „Mount Kodok“
The Clown – trademark of Saalbach Hinterglemm – is one central character of this fantasy world. He is the „Good Spirit“ of the mountain and with the help of his magic hat he cares for fortune, joy and good weather. But the gremlin Kodok stole the clown’s magic hat and hides it at a secret place. The kids are the heroes that restore pleasure and fortune to Mount Kodok by recovering and restoring the hat.

And that’s how it works: The brave hunters of the gremlin receive the adventure pass with the purchase of the lift ticket at the bottom station of Reiterkogel cable car. For all guests that stay in a JokerCard Partner Hotel the ascent with the cable cars is included. The entry to the fantasy zone of “Mount Kodok” itself is free of charge. Riddles and games along the trail deliver code symbols that should be noted in the adventure pass. Have all stations been accomplished correctly, then at the end of the hiking trail the complete code to free the magic hat is cracked.

At the bottom station all successful treasure hunters receive a hat-sticker to stick into the adventure pass, as a symbolic reward for their heroic mission. Furthermore all returned adventure passes take part in a lottery.

The adventure trail “Expedition Kodok” for all treasure hunters and explorers is split up in two expedition-styles. Chose if you are the oldschool-pirate that explores the trail with a treasure map and compass or if you are more the type of a high-tech-explore equipped with GPS-device and coordinates. The story behind the adventure: Kodok has hidden magic crystals that supply him with witchery – discover the crystals to disempower the evil Kodok.
