02.00 pm:            check in and accreditation at Hotel Oberschwarzach, Hinterglemm, distribution of start numbers andgifts for our                                  guests, lift  passes on sale.
08.00 pm:            Captain’s Meeting  – Hotel Oberschwarzach

Saturday, 19. 12. 2009
09.00 am:             Start children I (2001/2002)
followed by:          Start children II (1999/2000)
followed by:          Start Student I (1997/1998)
followed:               Start Student II (1995/1996)
12.00 am:             Deadline for team parallel slalom at the Race Office Hotel Oberschwarzach Hinterglemm
Afternoon:             Time for free skiing in the Skicircus
04.30 pm:             Opening Ceremony with the local village band
Meeting point:      Car park  Zwölferkogel –  village centre Hinterglemm
afterwards:           Award ceremony, raffle, firework display, disco for kiddies…

Sunday, 20. 12. 2009
09.30  am:            qualification round for  team parallel slalom
New:                      a team is made up of 4 rather than 5 people
11.00 am:             Start baby sprint (volumes 2003 - 2005)
followed by:          Finale team parallel slalom
followed by:          Award Ceremony
